For years, I jumped hurdle after hurdle to achieve my doctoring dreams, only to find disillusionment at the end of all my schooling. It felt like being punched in the stomach. All day long, I was racing the clock. Working twelve-hour days and a few hours every weekend to chart was exhausting! At the same time, I needed to repay my student loans.
Finding another career was out of the question.
I found myself making move after move, from practice to practice, looking for the career I dreamed of in medicine. I was eighty pounds overweight. My headspace was negative and indulgent, and I painted myself the victim.
Life coaching helped me to transform my relationship with food, with myself, and with my work. Not only did I become healthier physically, but I also learned how to manage my thoughts and inner dialogue about myself. This allowed me to gain control over my perfectionism, become more accepting in my relationships with administration and staff, and, most importantly, it helped me to start connecting with my patients again. Mindset coaching helped me get into the driver’s seat of my career.
The same caring that I have for my patients is what drove me to become a life coach. I want to help you on your journey to fulfillment and happiness in your life. As both a physician and a coach, I understand your struggles. Let me help you discover what motivates you. Once we uncover your motivators, you can decide what actions you want to take to achieve your goals. Nothing is off limits. You’re just one thought away.
Are you ready to create your dream life?
